Mannino brings to his role nearly 30 years of legal and operational experience in the financial services industry. He was most recently General Counsel at Houwzer, a venture-backed real estate and financial services provider based in Philadelphia. His prior legal roles included serving as chief of staff for two members of Pennsylvania’s General Assembly, as well as more than a decade as a commercial litigator in private practice. Along the way, he was also COO for a regional commercial real estate firm and served on the boards of directors of several governmental and nonprofit entities. “Tony is an important addition to our STP team and will be a trusted advisor among our executive team,” said STP CEO Dan Houlihan. “He brings a vast amount of legal and operational expertise, along with a deep understanding of our company’s needs, which will be paramount in supporting us in 2024 and beyond.” “STP’s industry-leading presence in client service is an indicator of huge growth potential and I’m thrilled to join,” said Mannino. “It’s also a pleasure to be among such a strong executive team.” This hiring comes on the heels of several other strategic hires. [Emmy Bernard](https://stpis.com/stp_institute/stp-investment-services-appoints-emmy-bernard-as-chief-revenue-officer/), former Global Head of Marketing at ACA Group and Head of Client Development at Foreside Financial Group, joined STP in January 2024.  [David Whitaker](https://stpis.com/stp_institute/stp-investment-services-appoints-industry-veteran-david-whitaker-to-strengthen-leadership-team/), former President of Foreside Financial Group and Global Services Leader at ACA Group, joined STP 10 months ago as President to focus on inorganic growth.
